The fact that you haven't been able to do cardio is actually to your benefit. But you do need to be more consistent w/the training. The more mass you have the higher your metabolism will be at all times as more muscle = more mass that needs calories to burn. Try like the dickenz to fit the cardio even if it is 20 minutes 3 x's per week to start. Your diet though is the most important factor. Put in ONE CHEAT during the week and do cut back on your comp carbs after 4PM, that is unless you will be working through the night. Then cut them back several hours before bedtime. You will see a change, I guarantee you.
