tyvm. and that's why i sub excercises with equals. going from squats to leg presses is a joke. i'd rather do barbell lunges, or good mornings, hell, even pull throughs are better. on account of ya can't do 4 inch reps like leg pressing.....but i'm a meathead and think women should train the same as men.
well you just summed that up perfectly!! Each exercise has it's place, after you learn variations and how the body works... you can sub many different ones that can target muscles as equal... I have to come up with variations everyday for people because of injuries, deficiencies, lack of coordination... list is endless. BUT you can target muscle groups in more ways than one..
