I take:
-- Shakes of all sorts (with extra carbs and long lasting protein)
--chili of all sorts
--hamburger with wheat spag. and sauce
--Tuna and egg salad sandwhich
--Diced chicken and veggies (not a salad-- that does nothing for me)
--Beans, meat, potato, seasoning.... Anything.
And I do not believe in lunch-- for me that is meal 3 or 4 of the day. I pack at least 2-3 meals with me when I go in to work-- even if it is for only 4 hours. Energy is used, and I always need fuel.
