Lump Adjacent to Nipple | Mid Cycle of..

Recently noticed a small lump to the right of my nipple, painless. No "gyno symptoms" leading up to the discovery. No itchiness, sensitivity or swelling that I've read about. Was feeling around one morning after I woke up and felt a strange sensation in my pec after sleeping on my chest.

Currently running the following cycle (note: I've never had any issues with gyno before or nipple sensitivity while running a cycle). I am on week 5 of my cycle.

Currently running the following:

Sustanon 250 - 500mg per week, weeks 1-10
Deca durabolan - 400mg per week, weeks 1-10
Dianabol - 35mg per day, weeks 1-4
Winstrol 30mg/ed, weeks 5-10

My knowledge of gyno is limited. I've ran tamoxifen PCT in the past, but nothing else. Is this even gyno? Or an onset to? Conflicting information on various boards have me hesitant to make a move. I'm literally dropping Dbol today, could this be the culprit? And if I should seek out something to combat the lump, what should it be?

To my knowledge, nolvadex is not to be ran while on Deca. Arimidex I'm hearing a lot, and Letro if the issue persist or is severe. Suggestions?

Sound like the early beginning of gyno.
Nolva can be run with deca.
Deca aromatises (although to a small degree, and is also a progestin), but will still give stimulation of the estrogen receptor/ER.
The test is the most likely culprit, although all the other aromatizing compounds also chime in.
DBOL forms a potent estrogen, 17-alpha-estradiol. This estrogen has a longer half life, and isn't bound to plasma proteins,
so even though it actually binds weaker to the ER than estradiol, in effect its a much stronger estrogen.
Nolva should however remedy all the above estrogen stimulation of the breast.
A-dex should do to the same by preventing estro formation in the first place.

Same thing just happened too me. I was only in two weeks of test cyp 400 mg week and tbol. I think it was there not sure how long. I never had any issues before either. I dropped the test and continued the tbol cycle
I was told too run aromasin 25 mg day then try letro. I been taking the letro. In my first week of pct. lump has not changed of gotton worst. Let me know how you make out. Good luck
