You never want to crash your e2. Crashing your e2 can cause a host of side effects.
Joint issues. Depression, fatigue, ED, and so on. Its good to stay at a healthy level.
read what steve said a few times so you understand that.. also you never want to crush estrogen man.. you want it in range, of course, but never crush it...
Great post guys! I will have to check but i thought there was a study done on weight gain(fat) due to crushed e2. I dont think most people really understand there needs to be a balance. Seems like most people automatically assume being fat is due to high e2.
Crushed e2 levels can be equally as bad as
High e2 levels.
Remember that some estrogen is needed for normal sexual function and muscle gains. Estrogen is a hormone you don't want high and don't want low. You want it right in the normal range.
