Flubber, you can actually purchase a ribguard, and wear it during
the day, or if not too uncomfortable, while you sleep also. It may
help some, along with some ribcage stretching exercises like
Omega was talking about. Sounds like you may have a mild case
of Pectus. Do you have somewhat of an indentation in the xyphoid
process area of your chest, or have like a little bit of a hollow
groove in your lower chest area? If you are young, you may be
able to naturally reshape it somewhat. I'll try to post the link for
an inexpensive ribguard:

:(

Sorry dude, just do lots of stretching of the ribcage (db pullovers,
breathing squats), and Omega's suggestions were good. It wouldn't hurt to wear a ribguard, it may gradually adjust your ribcage to the right position, especially while you are younger.

Pectus is just a condition where the ligaments and tendons in
the ribcage area grow excessively inward, and cause a hollow
spot in the chest area, and the lower ribs to "flare out" somewhat.

You do have a mild indent, very mild though. I wouldn't worry
about the rib guard, it looks like you can reshape it just by doing some stretching, db pullovers and breathing squats, and as Omega suggested, if you do cardio or run, concentrate on deep
breathing through the chest. I would incorporate the pullovers
and breathing squats into your routine though asap, the younger
you are, the easier it is to stretch those ligaments/tendons back
out, and you can build a massive chest.
