I know theres an age long debate on wether or not you can target one portion of the pec but it seems that the bottom and outer regions of my pecs are lacking compared to the top. What is a good exercise it hit this area?

gjohnson5 said:Since we are talking about chest only I would say less emphasis on presses and more emphasis on flys, cable or dumbell. Presses are coumpound movement , we are talking about isolating the lower pecs , so do less presses and more flys.
Disp are good only if you don't have shoulder trouble.
