Lower back problems

when I started squatting 2 months ago, my legs were definitely the limiting factor, my inner thighs use to get SO sore from squatting. Now, I think its my lower back. Is that normal?? Right now after leg day, my lwoer back is actually alittle painful

Also, in deadlifts, I cant hold that much weight without the bar ripping the calluses on my hands, wot do u suggest, gloves are too expensif I t hink.

yes your lower back is definately your limiting factor if its sore in the squat as it is involved in stabilization during the movement. also, gloves are too expensive?? come on bro

try super strict squats on a smith machine followed by super strict stiff legged seadlift on the same smith machine in supersets.

very low weight , and high repitions. build a base of endurance to help your situation.....

Get some lifting straps they are cheap and work good for deadlifts and other exercises
