Recently as my barbell row weight has gone up quite a bit, my lower back is really hurting during and after the set.
Is this most likely a result of a lagging lower back or poor form?
Any advice on how to position yourself when doing rows so your lower back doesnt get alot of stress put on. My deadlifts are before my barbell rows so as u can imagine my lower back is pretty wiped out.
Any feedback would be appreciated
