Recently I went to a doctor and had an MRI done on my lower back. IT appears that i have 2 bulging and 1 damaged discs in my lower back. I am supposed to strengthen the lower back with excercises. I have been working out for 7 years and am in great shape. I have also done a few cycles here and there. I was wondering if any experts out there can give me some great workouts for my lower back. I want to get rid of this pain and strengthen it so this does not bother me anymore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
