ever since I did a heavy day of deadlift my lower back and legs have been in pain
they aren't in pain enough for me to go to a doctor or anything like that but I can tell there is something off if you know what I mean. maybe my legs are just overly sore or something. is there a supplement that I can take to help with this because I want to get back into the gym soon
