Low testosterone diagnosis this week

Hey all really new to all of this. I went for a physical on Monday and requested a T count ( I'm 42 thought it my be time to see what was going on) much to my surprise I have very low testosterone. Being an information junky I googled the crap out of it. I have never had a sexual performance issue and don't think I suffer from lethargy but I am cranky a lot and I'm taking anti anxiety meds which seems to help. I have taken adderall for years and recently quit due to irritability. After doing all the reading I made an appointment with a TRT clinic next Thursday and I'm going to request that I be put on 100mg of depo with biweekly injections and a estrogen blocker/regulator. Based on the numbers below does this sound like I'm on the right track? Also I'm not going to have anymore children and don't care if my nuts shrink so do I need HCG? Also I have recently started lifting weights again and I'm wanting to takes some natural supplements is this ok with the depo? Will it be a waste of money?

Thanks a lot in advance. It was good to be able to find the info I have found in such a short period of time

Try some natural test boosters combined with a strict diet and serious training program. All of these components are easily researched on this site. Then check your levels again in a year. I will guarantee you your test levels will be higher, and you will feel it too.

this is sad.

anti-anxiety meds and low T. not a way to live life but unfortunately it seems like the majority of people in the country are just like this.

it starts with your LIFESTYLE. proper diet, exercise everyday, yoga/meditation before bed and magically not only will you not need meds anymore but your T will go up too
