Yeah like others said, if you have the opportunity to get more blood tests done with a specialist, do so. Wait and see what they say. However, from the number you posted, I can tell you that your total test levels are VERY low. How you feel, depends on free test, and from person to person. However, what doctors call "normal range" is bullshit. 280-800, is almost the same as saying 1-1000, being 1, a non existent hormonal system, and 1000, the highest a human being can possibly naturally be. As a reference, I can tell you that 50 years ago, the average total test levels of a healthy adult male, were around 700 ng/dl. Today, is around 400, because the specie is being degenerated at a higher rate. So what doctors do over time?, they say "ok, test levels are lower now, so let's lower the bottom range". However, not because you are in the "normal" range, you'll feel great. The opposite, you can feel like crap. Doctors will prescribe you anti-depressants, and more bullshit that keep degrading your genes generation after generation, while the health industry makes billions and billions.
Talk to your doctor about the possibility of TRT. At the same time, I would follow RADAR's advise, of using supplements to try to increase your levels naturally. Educate yourself, learn to listen and understand your carbon unit.
