low test levels while on TRT

after running 200 mg of test a week for 12 months this is my first time my test levels show low on blood work (250 nanograms) since I started my TRT my test levels were fine my first 2 blood works but this time(3rd time) they came back low, any idea what's going on guys? should I increase my dose? thanks.

either your gear is underdosed or you can up the dose a bit

You're not on TRT. TRT is given to you under the supervision of a doctor. It's not something you 'run'. You should treat this as though you're on cycle and that includes ancillaries.
