Low libido, fatigued, brain fog

Hi all,

I’m going into week 5 of my first cycle of 9 weeks (short cycle). Libido is down and I feel terrible. Morning wood is there but nothing much more than that. Just want to sleep permanently, nothing in the tank.

My first week was great, felt good and energetic, crashed after second week.

Here’s my stats:

20% BF, 28y/o.

Diet is clean. 50/30/20 (220gr protein, 132gr carbs, 39gr fat).

I’m doing a body recomp, eating 1800 calories per day.

Gym twice a day except for Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, they’re my rest days. Doing a lot of HIIT. Overload sets mixed with treadmill/burpees. Hit gym at 04:30 for 45min then again at 18:00 for 1hr. Trimming up OK, dropping fat and up about 3kg on scale.

300mg Test E/week
60mg Anavar/ ED
300iu HCG E4D
0.25mg Adex E3D
6x Liv 52 DS ED
SSN Vitamin pack ED

Is my diet crap? E2 too high/low? Overdoing it in the gym (too frequent)?

I stopped the adex 6 days ago to see if it’s an E2 issue, still feel tired. How long does it take to pick up again if it crashed because too much adex?

Unfortunately no access to blood tests.

Thought I would feel like superman on gear, but feeling more like a permanent hangover.

I wouldn't jump to overtraining. You rest 3 days a week and it's 45 minutes and then 1 hour which isn't bad at all.

You may need some more carbs in the mix to maintain energy for all the heavy intensity.

It may be estrogen levels as well. Libido down sometimes good indicator of this when taking Test.

Low e2 is not your problem, it's most likely high e2. Headaches, low libido, emotional, high blood pressure, acne, water weight etc.. Hcg aromatizes heavily and is pretty pointless to run on cycle in your case with just 9 weeks, so cut that out until right before pct. If your arimidex is a research chemical up the dose to .25mg ed and thank me next week when you feel better. And drink more water brotha, i would also eat some more food

Bump up the cals for a couple weeks bro!!

I was having the same issue, fat loss seemed to plateau, was fatigued, had to really grind just to get up and go to the gym. really wasn't making any progress also doing 2 a days... I was at 2150 cals, bumped to 2350 then again to 2550 and things picked up again. Started to feel better, starting noticing some tighter cuts coming in... Currently have kept my cals a bit higher with carbs post workout only and it's definately made a difference... I seem to recomp better with a diet closer to maintenance rather than a massive deficit. Try it out

P.S. I'm about 210-212 give or take at around 8-9% bodyfat though, so maybe do a small bump just an extra serving or two of rice or a potatoe and a tablespoon of peanut butter or something. That may be enough to kick start you back up and feel replenished.

Thanks for the replies so far!

Seems my cals and also carbs are too low. Will up the carbs a bit which in turn will up the cals as well.

Will stay off the Adex for another 2 or 3 days just to make sure it's not that. If I start to feel better from the increase in carbs I'll stay off. If I don't feel better even with the increase in carbs I'll hop back on the Adex. Hoping that's it's simply the calorie deficit and not E2, its my first cycle so struggling with E2 management.

good post.. I also would recommend you run blood work, that is going to be the key to finding out what is going on inside your body http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/p...rivate-md-labs-bloodwork-10-code-1268793.html
