-breaking and firing the air traffic controllers who striked
-economic recovery act which cut down the top rates and the low end tax rates
-creating another tax reform ( i forgot the name) that cut the top end down a few more percentage points
-freezing minimum wage
-cutting money to local govs by over 50%
-cutting fed support for the epa, fed education programs, food stamps, welfare and medicaid
-stopped gov price fixing of petro
-funding the shit out of the war on drugs
-appointed rehinquist and scalia to the supreme

all of which would make grover norquist quite content.
RR was a politican who understood the art of compromise, he worked with the house dems (i don't recall him calling them enemies or telling them to get to the back of the bus) something definetly lost on obama and more hardline repbulicans of modern times...

I'm Not saying he wasn't a Republican, But He is Not Republican enough for Modern GOP'ers.

And Constant Compromise by Barry has ended with GOP for a position and then changing their position once Obama supported it.
