Is Low Fat PB still a good source of healthy fats like regular pb? I am planning on adding 1-2 servings of pb to my diet and if low fat is just as good as regular why not cut the extra fat?

You want all natural peanut butter - because it is full fat (yes the good fat) yet it doesnt cotain all the processing and sugar. You need full fat - it's the point of the pb supplementation.

Thanks, thats what I thought. All that low fat stuff is a bunch of bs - always worse for you than regular. Btw is there any certain brand of PB that is best?

There isn't much difference between nat. peanut butter and regular. Taste and texture is about the biggest difference.

The amount of transfatty acids in the normal kind is almost undetectable and the stats are Identical they have the same kind of fats.

Of course this isn't speaking for the lowfat kind. Who knows what the hell is in that crap.

I was looking at the fat in the Natural PB and decided it was too high to add to my diet since I already have flax in it. Maybe once I run out of flax I'll throw PB in there and see what it does for me. Thanks a ton for the info - I was about to buy Reduced Fat Jiffs Peanut Butter before asking :D

At least wiht all natural, you're just getting peanuts and salt, if you buy the salted type. The grocery store brands have corn syrup solids, etc.

Soy is estrogenic, so why would men want to eat it? It's also very hard on your thyroid, so if you're cycling T3, it wouldn't make anything better.

Sorry, I'm not a man. I've learned a lot in the last few yrs, but I don't know everything yet. I know soy is estrogenic, but even that small of an amount?
My biggest adventure has been andro, you guys are a little ahead of me yet.
I'm here to learn more and expand what I do know. So, thanks for the explanation Keiko.
