Just thought i'd start this thread to see what kind of information i could get on eating habits. i'm currently just trying to eat as little fat as possible, but with my limited knowledge of nutrition, and lack of information, im finding the variety of foods that i've been eating to be serioussly lacking. At the pace im going i dont think it'll be long before im eating shit again.
Any suggestions for low fat foods and high protein foods would be appreciated - for any or all meals, snacks ect. Ive just been eating boiled eggs, pasta, rice etc. its a toss up between not eating as much carbs and eating them because they serve the purpose of filling me up . i need this because one of my main problems is i over-eat even when im not hungry
cheers guys.
I'm new to the channels, just have to say how impressed i am. i never knew it existed until around a month ago. Awesome stuff.
peace, jim

egg whites, non fat milk, water packed tuna, protein powder that is above 80% protein, turkey, chicken breasts, and lean cuts of beef.

whats wrong with redmeat as long as you cut the fatty strips off?

Either way its still pretty high in saturated fat.

I think 1-2 servings/day while trying to add mass is fine though.
