low fat barbecue sauce and ketchup

What's your favorite bbq sauce and ketchup? I am looking for one that is low carb and has little sugar that taste good. Any input woud be great.

Needtoo's book is truely amazing. The recipes in there are top knotch. I consider myself and excellent cook, I have even owned a restaurant in the past and I am MAJORLY IMPRESSED with Needtoo's cookbook.
