Scrambled eggs with cheese, and bacon...
Ham and eggs.
Heavy cream cut with water mixed with 0 carb protein powder is a good MR drink if you want.
Omelettes with any kind of meat and hard cheese.

It's in the dairy section with the milk and coffee creamers. Don't get half and half, make sure you get heavy cream or heavy whipping cream whatever the brand you get calls it. It's all fat, and can be used as a milk substitute in drinks if you cut it with water. You can also take about a 1/4 cup and mix a scoop of 0 carb protein powder, and make a pretty good pudding that's a good snack for a ketogenic diet. A serving is 50 calories and all fat.
 
Post Cardio Meal

I do cardio for about 30 min first thing in the morning and they an hour later when I get to work I start to feel hungry. What is the best thing to have as a first meal of the day, but then again I try to eat every 3 hours so cant have too much of whatever it is. Thanx
 
in the morning.. you should not eat until about an
hour or an hour and a half after your cardio...

this is when your body is burning fat the most efficiently.
i suggest some egg whites or protein shake as the first
meal after cardio

I usually do weightlifting on Friday after work, Saturday and Sunday during the day. What should be my preworkout and post workout meals? Thax alot, your responce from before helps alot.:D
