It looks as if I've inherited my dads love handles, and I've had them ever since I can remember.
It's gotten to the point where I have a size 40 waist, and the rest of my body is perfectly fine. If I gain weight it goes straight to my hips and ass - kinda like a girl
I'm very insecure with myself because of this, never go to the beach nor do I go anywhere where I have to take my shirt off. I'm not on anything yet, I've been working out and trying to eat right.
What kind of exercises will greatly reduce the size of my love handles. If you could give me the amount of reps/sets to do that would be good
