Love Handles

It looks as if I've inherited my dads love handles, and I've had them ever since I can remember.

It's gotten to the point where I have a size 40 waist, and the rest of my body is perfectly fine. If I gain weight it goes straight to my hips and ass - kinda like a girl :o

I'm very insecure with myself because of this, never go to the beach nor do I go anywhere where I have to take my shirt off. I'm not on anything yet, I've been working out and trying to eat right.

What kind of exercises will greatly reduce the size of my love handles. If you could give me the amount of reps/sets to do that would be good :)

Thanks,

A&H

cardio cardio cardio

lift, lift, lift as well (more muscle=more rapid resting and active metabolic rate)

low carb is one avenue.. the use of glucorellR another (one that is more viable for most and more effective in most as well)

for the specific losses... the use of yohimburn DF on the handles and thighs... you may also supplement oral yohimbine... this stacks well with EC or NYC or Clen or Thermorexin.. all of which will enhance the fat loss both general and specific.

as far as exercises.. there is not much that will make that look smaller.. heavy lifting chest and shoulders may offset the disparity.

You could also try kynoselen it worked wonders for me when all I was trying to do was lose my gut and lovehandles

grow wide lats and that will help too. pullups my man

Cardio work is the ticket...BUT...you can always move the stored fat around...If it is localized in you "handles" the you can get the Neoprene "Sweatbelt" The sweating wont do much but if you wear the belt as tight as you can stand for a several hours a day, you will see a notably measurable differnce in waist size. It will itch like hell until you get used to it, But it does work.

I have the same problem. Not because I am fat but because I devoted too much time to actually working my obliques.

I don't know how much working out you have done so far but stay away from exercises that work the obliques directly.

I have pretty narrow shoulders to begin with.....having overdeveloped obliques just makes me look like a square (as opposed to a triangle).

Don't do heavy deep squats either bacause your butt will also get bigger. Do cardio big-time, and get on a better consistent diet first and drink lots of water. I'm also going to try THERMOREXIN as soon as it comes in.......Good luck bro, and keep working hard.
