For me, it is really hard to put on extra fat. I eat a lot of food, but I volumize. I train really hard in the gym. . .way beyond failure. I have a really fast metabolism so adding additional fat is no problem.

I will tell you this, right now I have a 34.5 inch waist, but you can still see my entire ab muscle wall. My waist has increased in sized from heavy deads, squats, rows, and overhead presses.

My eating philosophy is a lot like B Folds. If I was inactive, I would certainly put on fat.

6:30 AM -

4 whole eggs
2 cups of oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup of orange juice
1 multimineral vitamin

Travel to campus and class

8 AM -

1 myoplex drink (already mixed up)
1 banana
8 fig newtons

9 AM -

1 myoplex
1 cinnamon and raisin bagel
1/2 gallon of water

10:45 AM -

2 turkey and cheese sandwiches, with lettuce and tomato
1 cup of yugurt
1 cup of mixed fruit

1 PM -

2 chicken breast
1 baked potato

2:30 PM -

myoplex

4:00 PM -

2 cups of egg noodles
2 cups of skim milk

5:30 PM -

myoplex

7:00 PM -

1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of yogurt
1 banana

10:00 PM

1 large pepperoni pizza
1/2 box of cinnamon sticks
2 root beers

(felt sick afterwards)

I carry around a cooler where ever I go. It looks silly, but it keeps me fed throughout the day. For me, it is important to carry around meals that are simple and can be consumed in a few minutes

damn dude, it doesnt even look like your following any of the dc guidlines for diet man. your protien is low and your meal plans are totally different than what dc suggests.

geez thats a ton of calories and you maintain a low bodyfat like that. holy shit

you are truly a genetic freak

i would get fat on half that amount of food

Are you reading his post? How can you say his protein is low?!

As for his dietary method- I use a similar one. I try to get more fat in, though, and I eat less fruit.
 
I am eating about 375 grams of protein a day. . .I dont see how this is low.

Even at this amount, my body is expelling the extra protein as waste.
