Here was a sample diet plan yesterday:
6:30 AM -
4 whole eggs
2 cups of oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup of orange juice
1 multimineral vitamin
Travel to campus and class
8 AM -
1 myoplex drink (already mixed up)
1 banana
8 fig newtons
9 AM -
1 myoplex
1 cinnamon and raisin bagel
1/2 gallon of water
10:45 AM -
2 turkey and cheese sandwiches, with lettuce and tomato
1 cup of yugurt
1 cup of mixed fruit
1 PM -
2 chicken breast
1 baked potato
2:30 PM -
myoplex
4:00 PM -
2 cups of egg noodles
2 cups of skim milk
5:30 PM -
myoplex
7:00 PM -
1 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of yogurt
1 banana
10:00 PM
1 large pepperoni pizza
1/2 box of cinnamon sticks
2 root beers
(felt sick afterwards)
I carry around a cooler where ever I go. It looks silly, but it keeps me fed throughout the day. For me, it is important to carry around meals that are simple and can be consumed in a few minutes
