i lost 7lbs in 1wk just by using ripped fuel but looks like i may have came to a halt..i do cardio(stationary bike) for 30min almost every day and cant seem to get rid of excess flab around lower abs..starting to see a 4pack but those last 2 are hiding under there somewhere,,what should or can i do? I am 6ft 190lbs
