Is there a good way to lose water weight without the use of diuretics? From what I know: cardio, up the water intake, lower the sodium. I have been doing this for several weeks now and still holding a lot.
you can get natural diuretics
stuff like dandelion root
also some foods have diuretic properties, oranges cucumbers coffee etc
a low carb diet also has an effect on losing water weight (hence the sudden weight loss when starting one of these)
you could try and use the steam and sauna room. just sit in there till you are soaked in sweat. The steam room makes me sweat more and faster than the sauna. They are both good though
