L louden_swain New member Apr 9, 2003 #2 Hips need strengthening. . . start performing wide stance low box squats. Also include some hip abductor and adductor work. This is not uncommon. . .when i get really heavy this will sometimes happen to me.

Click to expand... Your left leg is weaker than your right time to add a 2-3 sets of 10 single leg work after your main worksets. Just do a Bulgarian squat or stepups.

coolcolj New member Apr 11, 2003 #8 well you need to work both legs, but do an extra set for the left one. basicly a split squat where the rear leg is elevated on a bench.
