I have tried all kinds of diet including Weight Watchers and can't lose weight

Nothing works unless you do! With that said diet and cardio are your friend. Wanna loose weight it’s a numbers in vs numbers out game. About 3500 burned is about 1-1.5lb loss. You have to figure out what you are taking in and start somewhere. A successful deot for me involves a split of some sort so for me it’s usually 50/20/30.
