Thai you already know what I want now is to box. Something sparked in me and I have this insane drive to do whatever it takes now. I know that at least two of you know about olympic lifts (not sure if Suston does 'em) but he's also a fighter, so I ask the three of you (and anyone else who can input here)... would it be a good idea to start incorporating olympic lifts somewhere into my 5x5 routine now? Or should I stay on this routine alone for a bit and build a bigger and stronger muscular foundation, and then hit the olympic lifts? My routine is posted on the sports board, on my post.
