Nice job fellas, really makes me wish I had some good bros to train with out here....

The vids are awesome, keep up the good work...

Maybe sometime my wife and I will make it out to NY to visit her family and I can stop by.... I think you bros would kick my a$$ in though...

Cool vids but all that oxygen you guys are using by screaming at the top of your lungs may be better utilized to help along oxidative phosphorylation
