Loose skin

My stomache is also alittle lose. When I was 14 I lost 50 lbs and grew 5 inches. However I can get a 6 pac and my stomache really defined. However when i sit down it still looks wierd. Plus it makes it look like you stomache isnt that flat from the side, but from the front you can be really cut. Mines really not that bad, cause i am happy i can get defined but, sitting down when people are around, I feel like a chub ball

oh my I am like that too when I sit down it looks like I am really fat and I can pull about 1-2 inches from my stomach but I look skinny from the side, I have a wide frame though. I was like 13-14 when I lost the weight. Right now I am 16 and not any taller. 5'9.

As long as you keep the weight off, it will tighten up on it's own. But it will take a while.

I lost 114lbs over the course of 2 years, very little to almost no extra skin *tiny bit on my lowest abs and also on the back but im hoping they will tighten back up*, stretch marks on my lats, arms, tiny ones on my lowest abs and high on my hamstrings are fading and using some good astringents as well as cocoa butter and flax my skin has been done a good job of recooping

hmm.....I don't have to worry about keeping the weight off. RIght now I am using flax oil in the mornings.. I like it, also it seems to give me alot of energy during the day(definitely a good thing). HGH is too expensive for me(not sure about black market prices though). I never thought about using prep H for that but wouldn't the loose skin come back after a while when you stop using it?...Peace
