yup, carb cycling diet, and morning cardio workout 30-60 minutes low intensity, on empty stomach) and weights at nite after work does wonders. i actually added t3/clen from a board sponser this time around, was able to lose 2-3 lbs/week. Without t3/clen combo, id still average 2 lbs/week tho.
i agree with radar, diet, morning cardio are essential. the chemicals are only supplimental. they help but diet,cardio is the key.
