my diet im trying to eat 6 small meals per day i have porridge 4 brekfast then go gym after gym i have protien shake and a banana then 2 - 3 hours later i av a bowl of rice with chikkin an the rest of my meals r high protien low carbs
but i eat this way 4 a few days and my family order a pizza or some sort of fast food and i cant help bu fail they make it so hard 4 me haha i am trying bu i have a holiday on 17th july and im gunna try harder 2 lean out an get rid of my stubbern fat
any recomendations some 1 told me 2 use t5.s???

adderall works wonders...

seriosly tho, eat good breakfast-oats,fruit. smaller portions more frequently, large amounts of protein.

ill b taking a multivitimen a flax seed oil soft jel and a codliver oil soft jel...

MY TRAINING:-
mon = chest, biceps and abbs.
tues = shoulders, traps and calves.
weds = high interval cardio training. fast walk 400m / fast jog 400m/ sprint 400m... an repeat over an over for atleast 30 mins.
thurs = back and abbs.
fri = legs and calves.
sat = same as weds
sun = rest, chilllllll go for a muscle relaxing steam room.

MY DIET:-

meal 1, 8am :- bowl of oat so simple porradge, 4 whole medium scrambled eggs and 25oz of water.

meal 2, 11am :- 2 slices of hole wheat toast with penut butter and 25oz of water.

GO THE GYM.......

meal 3 post workout , 2pm :- protien isolate shake 1.5 scoops, a medium banana and 25oz of water.

meal 4, 5pm :- 2cups/trays of chopped chicken breats with soy sauce and 25oz of water.

meal 5, 8pm :- 2 small or 1 large tin of tuna and 25oz of water.

meal 6, 11pm :- casien protien shake and 250z of water.

BED TIME !!!!!!

any help or suggestions will do thank you and remember this is for cutting so befour you tell me i need 2 eat more to build mucle i know im trying to maintain muscle and lose fat so i get that toned ripped look thanks ................
 
Ill be completely honest, besides diet a tren and test cycle will help lose bodyfat, but you can get much better results when they 3 are combined.

Everyone is suggesting this & that.... Steroids, Drugs,clen etc.


This is the best way and it's healthier, after your last meal 12 hrs later after getting up,Do morning cardio on an empty stomach ,the body has no choice but to burn fat for fuel,plus it raises your metabolism,lowers Blood pressure,and sets the pace for the day ahead, if you need a morning boost before cardio take 2 Goody powders with water(it contains caffeine)

Go with 6 smaller serving thru out the day as this keeps your metabolism elevated and keeps burning fat.Another Plus is that you will fall asleep faster achiving REM sleep where the body produces Growth Hormone.
