Looking to Start: Where to Begin?

Hello Everyone,

I'm currently in the process of deciding which substances to go with in order to gain muscle mass. Not sure which ones to start with let alone which ones work best. If anyone has advice on what to start with in order to bulk quickly that would be greatly appreciated.

I would recommend more lifting and nutrition experience. Get your weight up to build a nice foundation and then start looking into AAS
 
Something is not adding up. 3500 cals is a good amount, maybe too much, for someone who weighs 135#. How much of that is protein? How active are you? 2 years of working out with good diet at that age you should be pretty ripped up.

A hyperthyroid issue that messes with my metabolism. I am active throughout the day and my workouts which has brought me from 95lbs to where I stand at 135lbs. I take in about 200g of protein throughout the day but am allergic to red meat, pork, and dairy.
 
Ok, hyperthyroidism was one guess as to the cause. It's going to be difficult for you to change your body type. Maybe someone on here is the same as you and can tell you how they are dealing with it. I suspect it's going to be an ongoing battle.
