Looking to loose 6 pounds a week healthy.

I don't want to starve myself of any of the nutrients my body needs, so I plan on trying to do this the healthy way.

My BMR is about 2000

I want to burn atleast 2000 Calories a day. Believe me, I have enough time in the day to burn that much. I want a workout that will be really efficient in burning calories but in a shorter amount of time.

I've heard a lot about carbs and fats being bad. How does carbs and fats effect the body?

I read in one of the post that for every pound you weigh, you need .5 grams of protein to uphold the muscle you currently have. Which means i'll need 97.5 grams of protein. How in the world do I get that much? That seems impossible. also, how many calories should i be eating for weighing 195 pounds at 5'9 in height

I want suggestions on the best workouts for my goal. I don't care how hard they are, I just need anything right now. Let me know if I didnt include any important info

Wow...

I think you need to start with the basics. Go download BURN THE FAT FEED THE MUSCLE by Tom Venuto.

Once you get the basics down we can help you build a base. 6lbs of FAT a week is not a realistic goal. 6lbs of fat, water, and muscle is possible, and not healthy either.

Once we get your base down we can move on from there, but I think you need to start at square one.

What does your diet look like now, break down what you eat, and at what times you eat, what are your stats? AGE HEIGHT WEIGHT all that good stuff.

The max healthy amount of weight to lose tops is 2lbs a week

I would recommend in order to accomplish this eat high protein close to if you can 1 lb of bodyweight a day. Do not at all totally restrict carbs. Most people will nearly totally cut out nutrients their body needs.

Eat high protein and calorie restictive diet this is basically what i am doing now and im two weeks in and its working i seem to still be building muscle and gaining strength in the gym and i have plenty of energy.

look up a calorie calculator online to find out how many calories you should intake in a day to lose 2 lbs with moderate activity.

do 30 minutes of cardio a day as well the cardio does not have to be majorly intensive but just remain consistent.

Guess I went overboard thinking it was possible to do all of that without having any bad side effects from it.
Well, I got a couple meals from some websites that look good.

Meal # 1 (Breakfast)
2 egg whites
1 serving of plain oatmeal with whey protein (for flavor)
½ cup skim milk
Optional Supplement: 1 teaspoon of Flax seed oil

Meal # 2 (Snack)
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 serving of Broccoli

Meal # 3 (Lunch)
31/2 ounces Chicken Breast
1 cup of mixed vegetables
1 Large Apple

Meal # 4 (My post workout meal)
1 Banana
11/2 servings of whey protein powder
(sipping on my whey protein during my workout and finishing it after my workout)

Meal #5 (Dinner)
31/2 ounces of Salmon
½ cup spinach
1 serving of berries such as strawberries

Meal #6 Optional (Before I go to bed)
Cottage cheese with blueberries. ( cottage cheese prevents muscle breakdown and blueberries help your muscles repair.)

I'm at 5'9, 195 pounds, 30% bodyfat.

I want to loose 45 pounds in 4 months. and lower my bodyfat % to 11 - 12.

My BMR is 2,453
And my RMR is 2,280

This is all at low activity level. I plan on getting it to the point where my BMR is 3,526 and my RMR is 3,278

Now based on all the information given. Is all this possible?
