P0N Chairman of Board Chairman Member Aug 8, 2019 #2 I don't really do any kind of hypertrophy training myself. It is all powerlifting and strength training for me. I'm getting pretty old and my joints are taking a beating though, so I may rethink my goals soon.

So its win win for me
