Looking for Suggestion,s to start Ist cycle Ever

Before going in details let me tell you my Current Stats

Age. 29.5 Years
Height.5(10)
Weight. 101(lbs)
You have a Body Fat Percentage of 25.02%.


No underlying cardiac issues/Thyroid Problem/Liver(( everything is working fine so far)

Smooker. 10 sticks/day



Now here is my scenario. In my whole life i was skinny. Last Year Aug 2012. My weight was 52 Kg roughly.
And i started Gym..... While taking some supplements like why protein/creatinine etc. And that time i feel little strength in me. Then i left because I felt my legs became more thinner as earlier when i started gym.


And 2013 March: I weighted again And it was 42 kg/95lbs.... And Now 101(lbs)


I tried each and everything eating/lifting/supplements And failed
So finally i decided to ask This question to you.
Please suggest me A single Steroid which can make me little fuller. Suppose 10 kg minimum in 2-3 Months on low dosage with complete follow up will be very effective it it really work.


And the most important thing for me is the weight i,ll gain will stay for longer period or not?

Recently i purchased some Oral anabolic steroids to start.

Which are Adrol/Sust 250 / Nandeca /Dianabolic / trenex / Winstan

All are purchased from UK in Pill form




So Please any Suggestion,s ?? what you guy thinks which will work for me

I am ok with Fat.... I just wanted to put some extra lbs on me.


My diet is Average diet. Milk/eggs/Rice/Pasta/Dry fruits/Chicken/Meat

Man I dont mean to be a dick but there is no way you should be taking steroids.. you weight less than my 5'7" gf and even she is too thin..

I really hope you dont go through with this because this is a terrible idea

Thanks for Quick response...I dont mind dude... I am expecting these kind reply even,s... Because I know I am underweight.


Now the Main Issue for me is How to get rid of this Skinnism.?


I studied Alot alot alot... Eating Eating Eating.
No Medical Issues/All tests are Normal
Thyroid Fine

Then Why i am facing this.
 
You need to get your diet in check. It's obvious you are not eating anywhere near enough food. Years ago I was 10st 4lbs and couldn't gain thought I was eating loads but after speaking to a geezer at my gym realised I wasn't! He set me up a diet and the lbs started coming. Iam now 16st 2lbs but it's taken years. It certainly ain't no race! Do not touch gear!
 
You can put on good quality muscle for a couple of years with strict diet and training. I was 172lbs. at 6'2", and it took me over 15 years to gain 40 lbs., but that is my base and it was an excellent platform to build my first cycle on. I know I've said it before, but the lessons learned during that time, focus, hard work, endurance, clear goals; all of it benefitted my life in every way.

When it comes to putting on size, the old saying is absolute truth - Easy come, easy go.
 
you smoke 10X per day?

smokers have a tough time tasting food and tend to not have appetite, atleast the ones i know (i have never smoked lol)

quit smoking, start eating well (i have a bulking thread in the diet section), and start working out

i really don't know what else to tell you. if you use steroids goodbye joints, tendons, and ligaments.

post up a pic cause your story seems unbelievable. 100 pounds and 25% body fat for a man? this means you have almost zero muscle mass on your frame .. you need a complete change of diet.. your genetics are also probably beyond horrendous I dunno. a pic would tell the story though cause your stats are hard to believe
 
Your stats dont seem humanly possible, A pic would help a lot and i dont advise you go through with this cycle. Firstly you havnt been lifting long enough so you are going to wreck your tendons, joints as well as ligaments, Secondly: If you are realy 101 pounds your diet isnt where it should be and this is something you need to have spot on before considering a cycle imo. Thirdly if you are only taking orals you are going to ruin your liver and kidneys in record time. My personal 2cents is to do more research, Get on a good eating plan, Try Lift 4 Times a Week and if you are realy battling to put on weight then try get yourself a quality mass gain Shake which usualy has about 49g of carbs. Have 3 a day along with what you eating. If you still cant gain weight then there is definetly something wrong with your hormones man. Not being Rude at all with this post just being blunt and giving my honest opinion. Good Luck
