Im a 33 year old male who was 5'6 90kg and 14%bf 3 years ago, I went through a car accident and 70 hour working days at work where I would finish at 9pm and then have a 1.5 hour train ride home. I left my training and concentrated on work for 3 years.
Now Im training again but I want to take it to the max from day one. This is a lifestyle choice for me now. I want to take the bull by the horns and use every single advantage I can to reach my goal. That begins and ends with pharma diet & training.
Im not being lazy I want to find a serious trainer who can help me with off season style advice diet, workout plan critique email phone call and some consultation. but more specifically someone who knows pharma inside out so they can give me advice. Im looking to engage someone for 40 weeks but remotely not hands on.
