Looking for everyone's opinion on info for Seminars

Hi ,

I do a fair amount of seminars & lectures on training, nutrtion & supplements, The people on this board seem to be a lot smarter than most others I have visited. I was hoping to get your feed back on the main questions that you would want answered during a seminar from a pro bodybuilder. I enjoy doing the seminars a great deal & would like them to be as informational as possible, so any advice that you guys or gals could offer me on the type of questions you would want answered would be greatly apprecaied.

I'd like to know how much do you rely on supplementation (not steroids. I'm asking about protein powders, etc.) Hopefully you aren't endorsed by one cuz then in my opinion the response would be skewed as to promote some company. I think alot of guys want an HONEST answer if pros rely on anything besides food and hard work.
I'm sure there's more but I can't think of any right now.

I am the spokesman for kaizen Nutrition. So I obviously I take there products, I have been with Weider, Vital Srength & Balance in the past. I do not just use supplements of course, I do take a lot of supplelemnts as I get them for FREE, but I would suggest these supplements inth order that they appear.
1 Whey Protien powder I have 10 meals a day 60 g per meal , so I need to have at least 3-4 shakes a day to ensure that I get this amount in.
2 creatine, I think very highly of tis product, though what ever brand you use make sure that is pure Creatine, the German brand is the best.
3 Glutamine, I take 5g with each meal, as well as at night on an empty stomach prior to bed & prior to training & afterwards. These are the 3 top supplements in my experience, when it comes to brands lok at the quality & the price & you cannot go wrong. Be carefullas there is a lot of shit out there as well.

I love going to seminars, but Freak Show is right! It seem like its just another vehicle for companies to push their products. Much like Freak Show, I just want to hear the honest truth.
Enough ranting! I would like to hear info on such subjects:
1) Contest preparation (everybody's recommendations are so diverse, how can I determine what is most effective)
2) Absorption (whats the truth behind the absorption rates of most supplements, what amounts will actually make into my system or just go to waste)
3) How do we get a hottie betty like yours! (damn she's fine, I've seen her in MuscleMag)
4) You should have a non-biased chart of supplements that suck and supplements that work. Unfortunately, not all of us get our supps for free, how do we determine what is the best value and quality?)
5) Where can I find calves like yours!

thanks mate, they are all VERY good questions, I wish you were in the audience at my seminars it would make things a lot easier, the Good looking Babe kelly is no more, but you are right he is a god looking woman, realtionships do not last very long in this industry though, every one is out for them selves except me of course ha ha, I am going to keep a log of all the best questions I am asked & answer them at my site on free section when I get the time to , as well so I will let you know when that is up. I do understand how every one feels about ahtletes endorsing there ow products, the thing to remenber i was once looking to the same peopleyou are for advice, I amke pretty good money selling sups & stuff through my siette as well as f a few other things, that make me alot more money thatn I do in bodybuilding, this is a tough sprts momney wise. If i amasked a question i wll answer it honestly always, i have become know as someone how is always honest so i pride my self on that. Not alll supps are equal of course, I am ot even going to mention the comapny I am with here as it will sound ike that is what I am doing

You posted that each meal or shake you strive for 60g of protein. Do you think this is the best amount for absorption as some say your body can only take in so much at one time with out pissing out the rest. Also your thoughts flax seed oil.

I wouldn't suggest starting out at 60g of protein a meal as that is a fair amount, I would slowly be increasing my protein to that level, I would start at about 40g & build up from there. If you are eating to much protein to early your butt will start to itch & you may get diareha. If this happens simply lower your intake again for a week or so & build it up again slowly. I think that Flax is great, though I feel that EFA"s are beter, essentail fatty acids, the only one that I have ever taken is the Kaizen one so I cannot compare it to the others. I will only take the EFA's on my low carb days as I find it seems to work better this way, I have 3 1200mg tabs with each meal on my low carb days. I wil never have carbs & fat in the same meal as I find I do not get as lean when I do tis, I have also found the same the same thing with a lot of the clients I work with.
