looking for bike power

I'm a cyclist here also and there are several of us on this board. As far as research chems for increased power you should checkout GW501516 and Osta (aka MK2866). Other than that I would recommend topical testosterone like Androgel for recovery. There are others like Aicar, etc. if you are into pinning but I don't pin so can't comment of them.

Do some searching around on here and you will find lots of good info. Post up any questions you have.

Complex carbs. Cycling is a fast twitch lactic acid exercise. You need carbs to augment power output. There was a physics study done on Tour de France cyclists: Showed that the wattage generated by cyclists is low, 60 watts per day, rest is heat. Cycling is highly inefficient. You need energy with water added. Back when I was cycling lots, I really liked Twinlabs Carbo fuel. It had lots of cofactors plus the complex carbs that increased my nutrient intake and delayed fatigue, I highly recommend it if it is still made. It takes good too. I would stay far away from pseudoephedrine. It hasnt clearly demonstrated in studies that it augmented power output on a cycle ergometer test and it affects the dopaminergic system. Caffeine is fine, highly recommended and safe are yerba mate and green tea.
 
Looking for bike power? Well first things first your diet has got to be spot on. If you drink that has to go and watch your performance improve. Eat foods that help clear cortisol with a healthy balance of carbs and protein. B-12 (sublingual is what I like) to get your boost going and raise that hematocrit level a bit. Vitamins are fine but don't over do it. Eat to grow, if you want muscle eat healthy count protein (I intake protein at least every hour throughout my regular day). Want something extra I like peptides. Ipomorelin & CJC-1295w/out DAC work together to give you a HGH pulse that helps a lot with recovery. I only take this post workout, after a hard days ride relax take your peptides and recover faster. Oral test supplement like Super Test has worked well for me. Of Course train smarter not harder and remember to have fun be happy, happy legs like to put out more power.

Sorry to dig up an old thread, hope you get this.
Two things I'm curious about 1) How long do/did you cycle GW and Osta while bicycling, what dosages, and did you notice a drop off in fitness after cycling off them?
2) In using Androgel for recovery, how much do you dose? Do you only use it after hard efforts? What about suppression concerns?
