looking for a good stir fry sauce

hello,
just wondering who makes their own stir fry sauce and what does it contain. Im not really sure of a low fat-sodium-sugar sauce and it seems all the kinds u buy prepared are chock full of sodium, sugar and carbs. Anyone who would be willing to pass on a great recipe, i will surely put it to good use :D

this is high on the sodium, but it's nice because i don't have to season all of the ingredients.

1 part soy sauce, 1 part sriracha hot sauce, 1 part hoisin sauce, pinch of grated ginger.

hmm nice thought

i use memmi instead of soy less sodium and made with dashi which has more protien and minerals

sirracha is nice if you can find it since the plant in cali burned down
there is a nice vietmanese brand that is comparable...king's or use a chinese garlic chili sauce

hoisin is made from sweet potatoes and beans but has refined starches may just want to use alittle splenda

ginger is great i use lots
garlic also
toasted seasame oil

play with the ratios find what you like

3/4 Cup Water
2 T. instant LOW sodium beef bouillion ( or you can use beef stock from a roast you cooked)
1 T. ground ginger
1 T. Fresh garlic
2 T. Red Pepper flakes- HOTTT STUFF!

Don't forget to add those water chestnuts..I love them in my stir fry!
