Lookin for some advice ; testosterone cypionate

Hello , I was looking for advice and these are my questions . If anyone can help i would I appreciate it very much .
I am going to get my hands on some test-cypionate so I wanted to ask if I would be a good idea to take one 10ml bottle in 1st and 2nd week 400mg shots, 3rd week and 4th 300mg shots , 5th and 6th 200mg shots , 7th and 8th week 100 mg shot . With clomid every other day some my junk doesn't shrink and so when I'm done my levels are back to normal . Or just save up and get two vials and run a longer cycle . I'm paying XXX a 10ml vial , with out clomid but I am only paying that much because it's doctor prescribed to one of my boys and it's the only way I'll do it I cant and wont trust any one else . So there kind of expensive so should I do one for the weeks listed above and expect to gain and keep considerable gains or just wait untill I have more cash ?
Any help is appreciated .

For one we need your stats AGE weight hight lifting experience and bf%. And second you have no idea what the hell you're doing or talking about so, no cycles aren't for you at all at this point. Further advice will be given after you've given us your FULL stats.

I am 22 years old, 5'9 152 pound . I've been lifting since I was 17 years old and my first couple of years I was doing everything wrong I was working out the same body parts everyday except Saturday and Sunday and a diet I didn't even know what that was . Last year and this year is when I really started taking it seriously and doing my research .
I mostly now get my workouts from bodybuilding.com from Jim stoppains .
My meals are
Break feast ; 3 eggs , 2 slices of bread , a banana , and a n.o fury Walmart brand nitric oxide I wait 30 minute and go work out

Second meal about 1 and a half hours later when I'm done with the gym a shake as soon as I'm done and eat 3 chicken strips I don't weigh them and some white rice

Third meal I eat a snack bar or nutrigrain bar and almonds

3rd meal one whole chicken breast and 2 packets of oats from

4 50 gram shake

And last meal sweet potato and more chicken or fish and avocados
 
Don't know my body fat but if I had to guess I would say 13 or 14 % .

I've been on that diet for a year not on point or constantly but I try my hardest I haven't had any gains in weight , fat or muscle . I do always go up in strength tho with out test
 
Id say eat eat eat. Way more. Grab a bag of chicken breast from walmart and eat the entire thing. Everyday. Lift hard, all body parts, especially legs as this will cause test to rise naturally. Your test is high now as is. I know it's tuff to say no to roids now and really I'm no one to talk. I started at about 22.

Your only 152. Your not ready for aas yet. Buy your buddies stuff and save it for when you are ready. Although 250 is high I would say.

I think you can hit 160 by year end pretty easily, you just need to eat a lot.

And do your research then post your proposed plan. 400-500mg ew 12 weeks min. is what you should be looking at doing. Don't fluctuate your injects like that.

You also don't mention and ai's or pct? Trust me your not ready. Better to wait and not have a problem then to fuck up and have issues for the rest of your life.
 
Ok now that you gave us some history about you I'll give you my 2 cents. First and foremost we do not talk about prices on this forum. Your purposed cycle is crap. Run the same dosage throughout the entire cycle. It's a waste to keep lowering the dosage. Clomid WILL NOT keep your boys from shrinking. Whoever told you that is an idiot. You never mentioned anything about a pct. if you don't know what that is, do a lot of research on it because it's more important than the cycle itself. You also never mentioned an AI, if you don't know what that is do a lot of research on it because that will help you keep your estrogen in check. You're under weight and need to work on your diet. The reason why you've seen no progress is because you're eating like a bird. To make big gains you need to feed your muscles big. 3 eggs for breakfast should be more like 6 egg whites.

You need to EAT! Then train, then rest. Repeat.

You don't need test at all imo.

please do yourself a favor and just get the thought of steroids out of your head... pretty much everything you said was so far off and you are at a point where you can gain so much more naturally... you are only going to end up hurting yourself... be smart man
 
Too young, too inexperienced, not enough research, too undersized, etc...

Steroids are not the way to go right now bro. Give it a few years to gain as much naturally as you can. You really need to get your diet and training in check first, then work on getting as much muscle from food and hard training as possible. Then later down the road, and when you are about 20 lbs heavier you can start researching AAS

I'm the same height.. was 152 til i was 34 yrs old... did not do steroids til i was 193....

you sir should not do steroids.. thats the real issue..

and the 3 day split thread.... if you get on both of those programs and use those threads as a blueprint you will easily put on another 20-30 pounds naturally in the next 6 months WITHOUT the use of hormones.

gotta eat big to get big.. and gotta lift big to get big. i'm about to go cook up some steak, eggs, light cheese with fresh veggies .. and that isn't even my dinner.. that is just a late afternoon snack AND i'm not even bulking.. i just eat like that no matter what.
 
Allright well I talked to the guy supplying me stuff and cut the middle man off , long story short middle man was ripping me of on the price . As far as the roids i am still buying them and saving them for future use . I will take all you guys advice raise up my calories and eat a lot more and train from the links provided .

As far as the other stuff i still want to do my research. can you guys provide the actual names and not abbreviations ?

I will be starting Monday on the new routines and update you guys with start pics and progress pics . I really appreciate the help and will take the advice and not just brush it off and be stubborn .

AI= aromatase inhibitor.
Pct= post cycle therapy
Oct= on cycle therapy or on cycle support

Those are very important to know and fully understand. I'm glad to hear that you're taking our advice. I was in your shoes once. I was 5'5" and 120lbs and wanting to run a cycle. Radar helped me get to the point where I was ready. I went from 120 to 156in about 6 months. People were swearing I was juicing then but I did it all through his diet and routines, which aren't much different than stevesmi's sig. It's very important to understand what all the substances are and how they work that you're putting in your body. You also need to know what to do if something goes wrong and what the warning signs/symptoms are.

Also if you can't search PCT and AI in the forums or google to find out what they mean than you clearly are not ready for a cycle and probably shouldn't buy anything now because you should wait a few years before you think about it again. But, you will probably do it anyway and come looking for advice when you get gyno. Look that up too!
 
yeah you look like you are in good shape (fit) in your pics.

but this isn't your goal from now on.. your goal is putting on muscle mass. so time to start eating big and lifting big from here on out. the whole beach body 8 pack skinny chest look is cool when you are 20, thats what little teenie bopper chicks go for. but now you are a man and time to step it up.. definately follow my links. mature chicks go for guys who if someone tries to mug her will step in and split the guy in half and then throw him into a dumpster.

i will tell you this.. you have a good base to work with naturally for the next year or two. so if you work your ass off you will be very pleased with what happens
 
I actually want to still get it because i have a reliable guy that i know is legit. Since me and him are just work buddy's and not really good friends i don't know if hell ever get fired or quit and ill never see him again . Just little info he has a condition that his pituitary gland did not form right when he was born so his body or balls don't get the signal to produce test at all . That is why it's doctor prescribed . if I don't get results that I'm looking for the test is still good for about a year or 2 from what I read.

And steven that was actually last year when I was about 165 170 . I used to work at panda express and I ate food for free so even tho I knew it was somewhat not "healthy food " I ate like 3 huge plates in my 7 hour shift . That pic was right when I lost my job it closed down they laid me off it wasn't making money and moved to Ohio with family members . In 8 months I couldn't find or get a job up there so I didn't have money for a gym . I really like to be healthy and lean so I used to run 8 miles a day and actually lost almost all my fat I was 140 ripped and the short after since no gym slowly but surely lost all of my hard gain muscle .
I will put a recent pic to show how I actually look now .
