alright, i am 5'11" 210 lbs, i am about 12% body fat. i am pretty strong i bench 325 and squat 415. but i am not so worried about getting stronger any more. i figured 210 lbs for someone who is 5'11" is pretty big, but by looking at me with my shirt off i don't really look it. i want to know what are some good things to get my muscles really pumped looking all the time, like when i'm done working out, and good definition without losing much of my mass. any help would be appreciated
