Stewart made perfect sense, and owned him. He was diplomatic (enough) and articulated his viewpoint very well. Wallace was floundering so much he had to grasp at straws.

People that call themselves "conservatives" these days are really anything but, and they give actual conservatives a bad name.

I (generally) find that anyone on TV who indicates that they're left or right is now a caricature of that position (ie the lefts are all commies and the right is all fascists).
