Approved Log Log EP for healing / recovery

Hello,

Oh .... It's my last week of the cycle i start the 11st this week ....

Time goes on i dont realized (^_^)

But i save the stuff (Nandrolone D + PP + Sustanon) for the next winter.

I'm on the good way about the recovery, but it's not finish, i try to continue for 2 months and i plan surely only
- TRT Enanthate125mg / week
- Primo 100 to 200mg/ week

(i calculated the therapy dose from body weight and i need around 190mg if my memorie are well)

During summer the cardio boxe are not possible so i try to change and add swimming to remplace this.

So last week of the cycle and last training of boxe next week.

I try to write some uptad soon,

Generally i'm very satisfaid of the cycle just a little problem of transaminases i work again on it, ifeel better i plan a blood work in around 3/4 weeks.

Sustanon / NPP worked during the first week (love short ester) and i started the cycle with low test total level.

Better vascularity, i see a lot difference on the famous "baby fat" it's not easy to make it completely disappear but i have a lot difference.

Activity cognitive / memory are A LOT BETTER, about the mind i'm more positive and I see life differently, libido are better during the Proviron cycle but when i stopped, the libido shut down like hell (surely from DECA).

The pain on bones / muscles are very low actually so i think i'm on the good way, sometime i have a pain (i think it's muscle inflammation) so in my next blood work i plant the protein-c reactive.

I sweat a lot, i think i need 4 weeks to push totaly the DECA from my body, so i see soon if i see a difference.

I would have liked to continue with EP but I could not send in time (it takes about 4 weeks to receive the package)

I thank EP very much for the high quality products, for their attention and kindness.

If all is well for next winter i restart a new log with EP Sustanon / Deca / NPP and maybe Proviron + Anadrol (depend how my liver results are before starting the cycle) or Sustanon / Nandro / Primo from EP, i try to send my order around 1 month before.

For this summer i drop a lot the Bayer Test 125mg / week and i add primo (home made) 100 to 200mg / week and i try to continue the recovery all summer with good diet.

I realized i'm move maybe to other country ... so the log depend if i'm always at home or not ;-)

Yes i loved the effect in generally, it's a high pleasure to use this lab ... EP are amazing, i tried 3 UG lab before with TE / Sustanon and i never get this score before (everytime low level at the same dose and feeling sick).

Like i said, i switch to Bayer Test Enanthate 1/2 amp / week so 125mg + Methenolone Enanthate (home made) 100 first week and i up to 200 the rest of the week for all summer (i need to drop my plasma level of test, Dr are not happy here the max are estimated at around 620-700 and i have 1200 so ... lol)

But i restart with EP for next winter with Sustanon / Deca and maybe Primo surely at low dose like this log because i need to get my condition at 100% to start a serious cycle.

I continue the plan from my physio don't worry and i have some stuff AT home ;-D

If my condition are ok i plan to add more cardio depend the evolution, i miss to much running outside with the sun ❀️

- MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE

I started with low test (if my memorie are well between 140 to 200 of Test Total) with low energy mental and physical, feeling like depressed / anxious, lose appetit, no motavation (thanks hypogonadism) i stoped training from injury i started the first session with physio only.

I had no more strength in my legs and atrophied muscles, I needed support.
A few weeks later I started getting more tone/strength with TRX squat training but I knew it would take months to get better.
Again a few weeks later i add leg press and legs exten in my rehabilitation.

I start the cycle with
- EP Sustanon 250mg / week
- EP Nandrolone Decanoate 100mg first week followed by 125mg the rest of the cycle / week
- EP Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 50mg / week
- EP Proviron 25mg first week and up to 50mg daily the rest of the week (i stoped around 3 weeks from the cycle of 11 weeks)
- EP IGF-1 LR3 started at 50mcg > 75mcg and 100mcg
- EP Anastrozole started at 0,25mg/ day drop to EOD, 2x/ week and i finish with 1x week

No used the EP Oxymetholone 50mg i save this for the next winter if my liver are great.

The first week i feeling the effect of Sustanon (thanks short ester particulary propionate / phenylpropionate and isocaproate) on the mind / well-being , not easy to know if the vascularity come from the test or the other compound NPP for exemple.

Around 3/4 weeks i feeling the effect on memory / activity cognitive, more focused my skin become oily sometime little acne but not to much.
3 months ago my body weight are at 96kgs, today i'm between 94/95 depends the day, the muscles are more defined and i have gained more vascularity, the famouse "baby fat" has decreased a lot.

Nandrolone Decanoate used for joint / tendon worked very well, i feel the effect on the skin too (more hydrated more sweet) but .... when i stoped Proviron my libido has decreased significantly and i used only 100 and 125mg / week only.

Nandrolone PhenylPropioante, used in the past VET grade dosed 50MG/ml and i see zero difference between, NPP give a good effect during the workout, the muscle look full but without excessive water retention, i think the mix ND + NPP are a great combo.

Proviron, 25mg /day followed by 50mg / day my skin are more oily vs sustanon only, work great to fight the side effect of ND for the libido, but my transaminases have up a little bit so i stopped all oral stuff and taking only supplement for liver, i restart surely next winter.

IGF-1 LR3 no water retention, good feeling, the vascularity are more improved stacked with the other AAS, i injected on the stomach every time in sub-cutaneous + cardio i get awesome results on the famous and dirty "baby fat", the pump during workout are more improved too, i love this stuff ... but i noticed that my belly had swollen (bad side effect) and when i stoped all coming to normal (thanks god)

EP Anastrozol, i started with E2 at more 100, now i have around 20 (if my memorie are well, all blood work are in the end of the description) i lose all excessive water retention during the first week and i droped the dose because some pain coming in joints.

- EP Nandrolone Decanoate 100mg first week followed by 125mg the rest of the cycle / week
- EP Nandrolone Phenylpropionate 50mg / week
- EP Proviron 25mg first week and up to 50mg daily the rest of the week (i stoped around 3 weeks from the cycle of 11 weeks)
- EP IGF-1 LR3 started at 50mcg > 75mcg and 100mcg
- EP Anastrozole started at 0,25mg/ day drop to EOD, 2x/ week and i finish with 1x week

No used the EP Oxymetholone 50mg i save this for the next winter if my liver are great.

The first week i feeling the effect of Sustanon (thanks short ester particulary propionate / phenylpropionate and isocaproate) on the mind / well-being , not easy to know if the vascularity come from the test or the other compound NPP for exemple.

Around 3/4 weeks i feeling the effect on memory / activity cognitive, more focused my skin become oily sometime little acne but not to much.
3 months ago my body weight are at 96kgs, today i'm between 94/95 depends the day, the muscles are more defined and i have gained more vascularity, the famouse "baby fat" has decreased a lot.

Nandrolone Decanoate used for joint / tendon worked very well, i feel the effect on the skin too (more hydrated more sweet) but .... when i stoped Proviron my libido has decreased significantly and i used only 100 and 125mg / week only.

Nandrolone PhenylPropioante, used in the past VET grade dosed 50MG/ml and i see zero difference between, NPP give a good effect during the workout, the muscle look full but without excessive water retention, i think the mix ND + NPP are a great combo.

Proviron, 25mg /day followed by 50mg / day my skin are more oily vs sustanon only, work great to fight the side effect of ND for the libido, but my transaminases have up a little bit so i stopped all oral stuff and taking only supplement for liver, i restart surely next winter.

IGF-1 LR3 no water retention, good feeling, the vascularity are more improved stacked with the other AAS, i injected on the stomach every time in sub-cutaneous + cardio i get awesome results on the famous and dirty "baby fat", the pump during workout are more improved too, i love this stuff ... but i noticed that my belly had swollen (bad side effect) and when i stoped all coming to normal (thanks god)

EP Anastrozol, i started with E2 at more 100, now i have around 20 (if my memorie are well, all blood work are in the end of the description) i lose all excessive water retention during the first week and i droped the dose because some pain coming in joints.

Good product but i try next time to run only inject and see if the injection impact my transaminases (sometime some solvant are bad for liver) and see how i react and depend the blood work i add oral like Proviron and again i see how i react.

Yes, i plan to add the rHGH for the next log, i'm satisfaid with my therapy dose, but my goal actually are to have a level of test like TRT and not more, my last blood work (i just checked now) have 1300ng of total test and here the max are between 600 to 720 depend the period.

When my recovery are finished i plan surely more dose like my old cycle

Deca from 125 to 200mg
Test again 250mg
NPP up from 50 to 100mg

If all is well i add Primo 200mg + rHGH 4/5 ui's daily all from Euro-pharmaceuticals

Blood work before cycle incluted serum GH + IGF-1 level to see how i react with rHGH (and thyroid level too)

Now i use TRT 125mg / week TE + 100mg followed by 200mg of Primo / week and continue the recovery.
