is it a good idea to do a loading phase when you're supplementing to get the product in your body quicker. I'm not a patient person and I wanted to start working right away so I can start enjoying the benefits. Looking for something that will boost my workouts and make me stronger
that all depends on the supplement you want to take, its cool for Creatine and maybe some other aminos, but not for Stims or Testbooster I don't think man.
