Nelson, I know Vince Gironda reccommended liver tablets and so do you.
Where can you buy good ones and what about the concerns regarding toxicity since the liver filters so much stuff?

THat's not really an issue with desicatted liver, though partly for that reason, I've always been a little skeeved by cooked liver. (Besides the disgusting taste).

Healthy and Fit make good liver tabs. And a company known as NSP.
