Was wondering if anybody could help me with an example of a 3 day workout program for a female friend. She's 5,8 145ish, bf unsure but its pretty low I'd guess 11-14 at most. Help would be really appreciated, Most of my friends think I'm some kind of guru just because I know what works for me( and actually apply it,lol) but I'm pretty stumped trying to work this out for her. She's very busy hence the 3 day thing and she's only gonna have like 40-50 min each session so I'm trying to come up with something pretty high intensity, ie little rest, almost thinking like some kind of circuit traing. Well if anyone can help please let me know. Thanx much in advance.
