I have a bottle that says its 30ml @50/mcg/ml.

Does anyone how much would equal 25mcg?
What is the best way to mearsure?

if it is 50 mcg per ml then a half an ml is 25 mcg. generally 12.5 mcg or 1/4 of an ml is good starting dose.

as far as how to measure - i assume there is no dropper with measurements on it? if not, you can get a 3 ml syringe, remove the needle and use it.

just go to walgreens or some other pharmacy like that and just ask for an oral syringe, usually they'll just give it too you for free..
