Lipokinetics

Does anyone know EXACTLY why lipokinetics was pulled from the shelf?? Im just trying to decide if I should take it or not because I have a bottle.

i think it was because of their supply of norephedrine, syntrax said they wanted to save their supply for their best selling product(adipo). Good luck if you can stand lipo, usnic acid is some nasty stuff.

I Have a bottle myself. It was pulled b/c of the usnic acid and the sodium diodothryronine i think. had a lot of side effects and i think they were scared to get busted so they pulled it.

Go ahead and try it.You'll know after a few days if you can stand it.Some people simply feel like crap on it.I have used it several times with great results, but it made me feel lousy. However, when I'm getting ready for a show,I'll deal with almost anything if it works!

Yup...felt like total crap

I agree 100% with bodyfx, it made me feel like absolute shit. I wish I could say it worked, but I was taking so much other stuff, who the hell knows what was working.

BELL$

w/ me at least i feel like i'm losing a lot of muscle w/ this product. However, When on MD6 i thought it worked great.

I felt the same way on lipoK, too. In fact, some days I was so wasted from the stuff that I didn't even have enough energy to go to the gym. Cutting the fat is great, but if you can't even get in the gym on the stuff, it's more trouble than it's worth!

I am experiencing similar side effects with Lipo--tired most of the day, headaches, mild GI problems, etc... I have only been trying Lipo for two weeks. Does anyone know if your body eventually adjusts to it? Additionally, those who have also tried T-3 and Clen, how do the side effects compare? Am I going to have fewer negative side effects if I try Clen/T-3 instead? Thanks.

THey said Lipo was a beginners version of DNP. So i can just imagine how DNP would make you feel.

Overweight....this is a very individual thing. Some people feel fine on clen/t-3,while others can't even tolerate one or the other alone.Lipo seems to make everyone feel kinda shitty....some more than others.I find that I need to combine Lipo with creatine/ribose to be able to train effectively. This combo will help to stave off some of the energy reducing effects of the Lipo.

And yes,Lipo is a much milder version of DNP.I don't know how anyone can stand that stuff. But such as life in our twisted little sport.

I have an extra bottle of lipokinetix (sealed). If anyone wants a bottle let me know. I bought a few bottles when I heard it was pulled but as it turns out, I don't need the extras.

I was on Lipo for about 10 days and I had to sop because I was getting lightheaded and felt nauseous. Its funny because one of the effects is supposed to be the sweats which I did not get at all. Im back on MD6 and Im sweating way more. Go figure.

By the way BodyFX if you are who i think you are tell frank that derek says hello.

have any of you felt their thyroid kind of funny while on this stuff. I would feel it kinda funny especially when lifting weights.

Does anyone know of any websites that still have any Lipokinetix in stock? I know it's discontinued but most online supplement stores were selling triax and tricana for a long time after they were pulled. If anyone knows of where I could get some I would really appreciate it.

I quit taking the Lipo because I felt nothing, I tried it for 3 weeks and felt as normal as usual. I had to go to DNP, which works wonders, and is really not as bad as people say. I could take 2 to 3 Lipo pills go workout and do cardio and eat about an hour after all that and couldn't even get a stomach cramp. This was just me so of course this is only my opinion, but Lipo sucks.

Oh yeah, you will feel more on Clen and T-3. All Clen does for me is make me a little warmer, unless taking with the DNP and then it gets hot. Clen will definitely work better than Lipo, that's why it isn't sold over the counter, same with the T-3.

Thanks Mitch. I don't think I will go the DNP route. I think it is not something to fool with unless you REALLY know what you are doing, and I don't. I am willng to try the T3-Clen route, although I will be fairly conservativw with the T3 dosage and duration. In the meantime, I am still trying the Lipo. Week 3 on it was not nearly as bad with the side effects. Plus I cut down from 6 pills a day to 4-5 pills each day. I have a feeling that starting at the max dose was not a good idea.

I was taking lipo and I felt like crap all the time. I vomited on more than two pills a day. I did drop fat but I had to discontinue use after it begin to unbarely. I had major acid reflux as well

Everyone says AF sells it, but I went to the site and can't find it.

I checked the site before I posted it last time and they still had it for sale. But now when I check it is no longer listed, I guess this means they're finally out of it. Too bad too because they were the only ones that I could find that had any left.

too many people say they feel like crap on it. Me personally i feel tension near thyroid area. It's a wierd sort of feeling, maybe a bit dangerous if you ask me.

horrible...

the yohimbine which can supresses seratonin, the thyroid which can shot down your thyroide and then the usenic acid which can have irreversable influences on your cromosomes, ummmmm....???i dont thinnk so.....how about a little cardio

Yohimbine should be include in any ones fat burning regime...OB1 can you please direct me to some scientific references on Yohimbine and Serratonin and what about if you take 5-HTP or some St.Johns or better yet some L-Theanine.

here you go big k

Herein, we evaluate the interaction of the alpha(2)-AR antagonist, yohimbine, as compared to fluparoxan, at multiple monoaminergic receptors and examine their roles in the modulation of adrenergic, dopaminergic and serotonergic transmission in freely-moving rats. Yohimbine displays marked affinity at human (h)alpha(2A)-, halpha(2B)- and halpha(2C)-ARs, significant affinity for h5-HT(1A), h5-HT(1B), h5-HT(1D), and hD(2) receptors and weak affinity for hD(3) receptors. In [(35)S]GTPgammaS binding protocols, yohimbine exerts antagonist actions at halpha(2A)-AR, h5-HT(1B), h5-HT(1D), and hD(2) sites, yet partial agonist actions at h5-HT(1A) sites. In vivo, agonist actions of yohimbine at 5-HT(1A) sites are revealed by WAY100,635-reversible induction of hypothermia in the rat. In guinea pigs, antagonist actions of yohimbine at 5-HT(1B) receptors are revealed by blockade of hypothermia evoked by the 5-HT(1B) agonist, GR46,611. In distinction to yohimbine, fluparoxan shows only modest partial agonist actions at h5-HT(1A) sites versus marked antagonist actions at halpha(2)-ARs. While fluparoxan selectively enhances hippocampal noradrenaline (NAD) turnover, yohimbine also enhances striatal dopamine (DA) turnover and suppresses striatal turnover of 5-HT. Further, yohimbine decreases firing of serotonergic neurones in raphe nuclei, an action reversed by WAY100,635. Fluparoxan increases extracellular levels of DA and NAD, but not 5-HT, in frontal cortex. In analogy, yohimbine enhances FCX levels of DA and NAD, yet suppresses those of 5-HT, the latter effect being antagonized by WAY100,635. The induction by fluoxetine of FCX levels of 5-HT, DA, and NAD is potentiated by fluparoxan. Yohimbine likewise facilitates the influence of fluoxetine upon DA and NAD levels, but not those of 5-HT. In conclusion, the alpha(2)-AR antagonist properties of yohimbine increase DA and NAD levels both alone and in association with fluoxetine. However, in contrast to the selective alpha(2)-AR antagonist, fluparoxan, the 5-HT(1A) agonist actions of yohimbine suppress 5-HT levels alone and underlie its inability to augment the influence of fluoxetine upon 5-HT levels.

Well, I glad you have mastered the art of cut & paste...the first sentence to me says it all...Yohimbine is a alpha(2)-AR antagonist and this is why it should be used for fat loss...you need to block the negative actions of the alpha receptors if you wish to eliminate stubborn body fat...as I said, if you are concerned about any contradictions of yohimbine then take som l-theanine or 5-HTPl.

learn to read big k

big k, i am not saying yohimbine doesnt burn fat, please do not put words into my mouth. if you would read the rest of the research you will notice that yohimbine binds to seratonin receptors, so before you go spoutin off do your homework!!

OB1...you better know your role and shut your mouth before I sick Zulak on you!

If you read my post you would see that this problem can be avoided if you take some 5-HTP with your yohimbine!!!

ok tim patterson, let me take out another 10$ from my supplement budget! what are you trying to do bankrupt my ass?!! i think i will save my money, and burn fat the old fashioned way, by using the 3 D's Discipline, Dedication, Desire!!!
