OK - I'm a big skeptic of most supps. And I've tried a bunch like a jackass... but this board has so much good info, I was able to kick my dumbass habit and just use the basics. NOW - I've tried Lipo6 - it was ok but made me feel like crap.
I very skeptically tried Lipoflame... the only disappointment is in slow shipping, but Omega makes things right.
Results: I hate cardio, but on Lipoflame, things go "numb" as in "runner's high." I LOVE runners high - you get it. BUT you have to exert yourself for a few minutes - get the heart pumping and the sweat started. Then you quickly find yourself in a veritably uninterruptable "zone." You can go forever. Caution: don't take it too long before you do cardio - I think 1 hour is best.
So my cardio routine is improving (i.e. stamina) and the image in the mirror is making me smile.
For those who are skeptical (I'm pretty much in that same boat), I encourage you to give it a try! BTW, it helps if you cut stimulants a few weeks before you go on it so you can actually differentiate between the old stims, no stims, and the flame.
