Lifting While Cutting

How do I do this when my current routine revolves around hitting a set weight every week. Since I will be losing muscle the whole basis of continually hitting progressively higher weights will fail. What type of routine should I do while cutting. I am planning on losing 10-15 lbs.
 
whats your stats,experience, age, diet /cardio plan? u may not loose much muscle mass if the calorie defecit isnt to far below maintenence.

if youre losing muscle and expect it to happen, your approach is way off.
 
I don't have much experience in this but you can go for routine exercises, planned diet and hey keep track of calorie intake too...
